(a) FPP grantees must maintain, for the time period specified by the HHSC, all records pertaining to client services, contracts, and payments.(b) FPP grantees must comply with the Medicaid program record retention requirements found in §354.1004 of this title (relating to Retention of Records).(c) All records relating to services must be accessible for examination at any reasonable time to representatives of HHSC and as required by law.
