SECTION/RULE §386.405 - What happens when I request reconsideration of the decision?

Upon receipt of the reconsideration request, the DHS grant coordinating officer or designee:(1) reviews the case file to determine if needs have been met; and(2) may request FEMA conduct a second inspection.
