SECTION/RULE §386.413 - What documents must the DHS office administering Other Needs Assistance (ONA) send to the DHS Hearings Department when a disaster is declared and the ONA state administrative plan is approved?

ONA staff must deliver the following documents to the DHS Hearings Department:(1) a copy of the state administrative plan;(2) any itemized price lists applicable to the disaster; and(3) a list of regions affected by the disaster.
