SECTION/RULE §386.509 - Could I be eligible for a Group Flood Insurance Policy if I live in a community that does not participate in or is sanctioned by the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP)?

No, however, you may become eligible if your community qualifies for and enters into NFIP during the six-month period described in 44 CFR §206.110(k)(2).
