SECTION/RULE §386.510 - What grants am I eligible to receive if I live in a community that does not participate or is sanctioned by the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP)?

(a) You are only eligible for grants for non-flood insurable items.(b) You are not eligible for flood insurance premium or personal property grants until the community enters into NFIP.
