SECTION/RULE §392.505 - Allocation of Funds

(a) Funds available for regional services will be allocated for each of the 11 Health and Human Services (HHS) regions through an approved statewide funding methodology.(b) DSHS will establish terms and conditions needed to fulfill State and Federal funding mandates.(c) DSHS will develop goals and identify services to be purchased based on its statewide service delivery plan as well as input from other interested parties.
