SECTION/RULE §10.1 - Training Programs

Upon approval of the commission, the executive director shall establish a program to provide training relating to the laws administered and enforced by the commission and related laws for:(1) members and members-elect of the legislature, to be held by January of each odd-numbered year;(2) state employees, in cooperation with state agencies; and(3) other persons and officials whose conduct is regulated by laws administered and enforced by the commission and related laws.
