SECTION/RULE §12.61 - Selection and Delegation of Presiding Officer

(a) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (b), the commission's chair shall serve as the presiding officer for all hearings.(b) The chair may appoint another commissioner to preside over a hearing held by the commission.
