SECTION/RULE §20.309 - Contents of Specific-Purpose Committee Campaign Treasurer Appointment

A campaign treasurer appointment for a specific-purpose committee shall include the following information:(1) the full name of the specific-purpose committee;(2) the address of the specific-purpose committee;(3) the full name of the person appointing the campaign treasurer;(4) the following information for the individual appointed campaign treasurer and, if an assistant campaign treasurer is appointed, for that individual also:(A) the individual's full name;(B) the individual's residence or business street address;(C) if the individual's mailing address is different from the street address provided, the mailing address for the individual; and(D) the individual's telephone number;(5) for each candidate supported or opposed by the specific-purpose committee:(A) the full name of the candidate;(B) the office sought by the candidate; and(C) an indication whether the specific-purpose committee supports or opposes the candidate;(6) for each officeholder assisted by the specific-purpose committee:(A) the full name of the officeholder;(B) the office held by the officeholder; and(C) an indication that the specific-purpose committee assists the officeholder;(7) for each measure supported or opposed by the specific-purpose committee:(A) a description of the measure; and(B) an indication whether the specific-purpose committee supports or opposes the measure; and(8) the signature of the individual appointed campaign treasurer.
