(a) A general-purpose committee that is established by a political party's county executive committee is subject to Subchapter I of this chapter (relating to Rules Applicable to a Political Party's County Executive Committee). Subchapter I of this chapter prevails over this subchapter in the case of conflict.(b) A general-purpose committee that is the principal political committee of a political party is subject to Subchapter G of this chapter (relating to Rules Applicable to a Principal Political Committee of a Political Party). Subchapter G of this chapter prevails over this subchapter in the case of conflict.(c) A general-purpose committee that supports or opposes a candidate for state chair of a political party is subject to Subchapter K of this chapter (relating to Reports by Political Committees Supporting or Opposing a Candidate for State Chair of a Political Party). Subchapter K of this chapter prevails over this subchapter in the case of conflict.
