SECTION/RULE §20.413 - Updating Information on the Campaign Treasurer Appointment
Chapter Review Date 06/12/2001

(a) The campaign treasurer must notify the commission in writing of any change in the campaign treasurer's address no later than the 10th day after the date on which the change occurs.(b) If any of the information required to be included in the general-purpose committee's appointment changes, excluding changes in the campaign treasurer's address, the campaign treasurer shall file a corrected appointment with the commission no later than the 30th day after the date the change occurs.
