SECTION/RULE §20.503 - Exceptions from Certain Notice Requirements

(a) The principal political committee for a political party in the state or in a county is exempted from complying with §20.421 of this title (relating to Notice to Candidate or Officeholder).(b) The principal political committee for a political party in the state or in a county is not required to report under §20.433(16) of this title (relating to Contents of General-Purpose Committee Sworn Report of Contributions and Expenditures) a direct campaign expenditure that it makes on behalf of a slate of two or more nominees of the party.
