SECTION/RULE §20.523 - Separate Account Required

(a) Contributions authorized by §24.19 of this title (relating to Contribution to a Political Party) must be maintained in an account separate from other contributions accepted by a political party.(b) Interest and other income earned from contributions authorized by §24.19 of this title (relating to Contribution to a Political Party) must be maintained in the account required by subsection (a) of this section.(c) Proceeds from the sale or rent of assets purchased either with contributions authorized by §24.19 of this title (relating to Contribution to a Political Party) or with interest or other income earned from such contributions must be maintained in the account required by subsection (a) of this section.
