SECTION/RULE §40.1 - Financial Statement

(a) The Texas Ethics Commission adopts by reference the financial statement form prescribed by the commission on January 13, 1992. This form is available from the Texas Ethics Commission, P.O. Box 12070, Austin, Texas 78711-2070.(b) The form adopted under subsection (a) of this section may be revised by the executive director under §18.1 of this title (relating to Adoption and Revision of Forms), and if so revised shall be deemed to have been adopted by the commission under this section.
