SECTION/RULE §53.72 - Increases in Original Contract Price

Chapter Review Date 10/26/2020

No original contract price may be increased by more than 25% (regardless of the intended source of funds to provide for such increase), nor shall any original contract be decreased by more than 25% without the consent of the contractor to such decrease.
