SECTION/RULE §53.76 - Refunding of Certificates in Exchange for Services or Property
Chapter Review Date 10/26/2020

No refunding of certificates delivered in exchange for services or property will be approved unless said certificates are authorized and issued in substantial compliance with statutory authority and full compliance with any applicable constitutional provisions.
