SECTION/RULE §53.86 - Authorization for Issuance: Compliance with Specific Provisions

Each ordinance or order authorizing the issuance of certificates secured by revenues in lieu of or in combination with taxes shall set out and comply with the specific provisions of the authority for said pledge of revenues.
