SECTION/RULE §53.164 - Division Rules Applicable

Division rules for general obligation bond transcripts, revenue bond transcripts, and certificate of obligation transcripts shall apply to those types of securities used for funding subject facilities. One executed copy of each lease, if any, must be in the transcript with a copy of the authorizing orders or ordinances.
