The following shall constitute documentation of the bank/credit facility:(1) if a bank or other entity is involved as trustee or escrow agent, evidence of the entity's corporate authority to act as such;(2) if a credit or similar agreement is to be submitted in executed form pursuant to §53.245(c) of this title (relating to Basic Financing Documents), evidence of the credit facility's corporate authority to act as such;(3) authority for specified officers to execute transcript documents and signature identification of such officers.
