SECTION/RULE §54.1 - Definitions

The following terms and abbreviations, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:(1) Application Kit--The information that is required to be completed and submitted by an applicant for a grant contract.(2) Applicant--An entity that files an application for a grant contract with the OAG.(3) Eligible application--An application that meets the minimum requirements set forth in the RFA and Application Kit.(4) Grantee--An entity that receives a grant contract from the OAG.(5) OAG--Office of the Attorney General.(6) RFA--Request for Applications.
