SECTION/RULE §54.39 - Unallowable Costs

(a) A cost will not be allowed unless it is directly related to a permissible expenditure under §402.036(f) of the Government Code.(b) Choose Life grant funds may not be used to purchase any product or service the OAG identifies as inappropriate or unallowable within the RFA or the Application Kit.(c) Choose Life grant funds may not be used to pay an administrative, legal, or capital expense.
