(a) The OAG may require cash and/or in-kind match for grants as stated in the RFA and the Application Kit. The amount of an award and the match requirements are determined solely by the OAG. The OAG reserves the right to alter the required match for any funded program.(b) All non-governmental programs may have a volunteer component. The specific requirements for the volunteer component will be stated in the RFA and the Application Kit.
