(a) The operator of a commercial lodging establishment must display a sign at the establishment that includes:(1) a statement that employees of the commercial lodging establishment are required to receive annual human trafficking training and may not be disciplined, retaliated against, or otherwise discriminated against for making a good faith report of a suspected act of human trafficking;(2) information on how to recognize and report human trafficking, including a list of indicators of human trafficking;(3) a phone number for reporting a suspected act of human trafficking or a violation of this chapter; and(4) contact information for reporting suspicious activity to the Department of Public Safety.(b) The sign must, at a minimum, be:(1) at least 11 inches by 17 inches in size and written in at least a 16-point font;(2) posted separately in English, Spanish, and any other primary language spoken by 10 percent or more of the establishment's employees; and(3) posted in a location that is easily visible to all employees.
