SECTION/RULE §56.9 - Oversight Advisory Committee

(a) The Attorney General will establish an Oversight Advisory Committee composed of three members of the Office of the Attorney General designated by the Attorney General. (b) The Oversight Advisory Committee may issue notifications of overdue reports under §56.7 of this chapter (relating to Overdue reports).(c) The Oversight Advisory Committee may request entire case files based on submitted reports or any other information that the Oversight Advisory Committee desires relating to criminal matters and the interests of the state on a case-by-case basis, (d) The Oversight Advisory Committee may waive any provision of this chapter if a reporting entity demonstrates that compliance would impose an undue hardship.
