(a) All grant decisions, including, but not limited to, eligibility, evaluation and review, and funding rest completely within the discretionary authority of the OAG and the decisions made by the OAG are final and are not subject to appeal.(b) The award of a grant contract to a program shall not commit or obligate the OAG in any way to make any additional, supplemental, continuation, or other award to that program.
