(a) All documents that are required to be submitted to the OAG must be received by the OAG to be considered as filed. If a deadline is established by the OAG, it will include a time, date and place certain.(b) Proof of sending a document by email or other means is not proof that the OAG received the information.(c) All filing decisions rest completely within the discretionary authority of the OAG and the decisions made by the OAG are final and are not subject to appeal.
