SECTION/RULE §62.114 - Compliance with Other Standards

(a) Consistent with §62.101(b), grantees must comply with all applicable federal statutes and duly enacted federal regulations, and all applicable state statutes and rules.(b) The relevant standards include, but are not limited to:(1) Uniform Grant Management Standards (UGMS) adopted pursuant to the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 783. These requirements apply to SAPCS grants, including grants to non-profit corporations; and(2) Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements as set forth in federal regulations.
