(a) The OAG may transmit notices, forms or other documents and information via the Internet or other electronic means.(b) The OAG may require the submission of notices, forms or other documents and information via the Internet or other electronic means.(c) Transmission or submission via electronic means meets the relevant requirements contained within this chapter for submitting information in writing. Submitted information may not disclose any information received from reports, collected case information, or site-monitoring visits that would identify a person providing or receiving services.
