(a) The attorney general shall notify the governmental body in writing of a request for a decision and provide the governmental body a copy of the request for a decision within a reasonable time but not later than the 5th business day after the date of receiving the request for a decision.(b) The attorney general shall provide the legislative requestor a copy of the written notice to the governmental body, excluding a copy of the request for a decision, within a reasonable time but not later than the 5th business day after the date of receiving the request for a decision.
