SECTION/RULE §63.6 - Rendition of Attorney General Decision; Issuance of Written Decision

(a) The attorney general shall promptly render a decision requested under this subchapter, not later than the 45th business day after the date of receiving the request for a decision.(b) The attorney general shall issue a written decision and shall provide a copy of the decision to the legislative requestor, the governmental body, and any interested person who submitted necessary information or a brief to the attorney general about the matter.
