SECTION/RULE §64.41 - Request for Reconsideration of Exemption Denial

(a) If an agency is denied an exemption under Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 58.053(b), an agency has 30 days from the date of the exemption denial to submit a written request for reconsideration to the OAG, along with supporting documentation. The OAG may require additional information as deemed necessary.(b) The OAG will issue a written determination on the agency's request for reconsideration based on the evidence submitted.(c) The OAG's decision is final.
