(a) A claimant must report an incident to the appropriate law enforcement agency within a reasonable period as determined by the OAG in order to be eligible for compensation under the LCP.(b) The OAG may extend the time for reporting an incident to law enforcement if the OAG determines that the extension is justified by extraordinary circumstances.(c) The report must include the location of the incident.
