(a) The OAG may send a claimant any notices, forms, or other documentation and information by electronic means.(b) The OAG may require a claimant to submit notices, forms, or other documentation and information be electronic means, unless good cause is shown.(c) In accordance with the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, Texas Business and Commerce Code, Chapter 322, a notice, form, record, or signature may not be denied legal effect or enforceability solely because it is in electronic form.
