SECTION/RULE §66.2 - Adoptions by Reference

(a) Grantees must comply with all applicable state and federal statutes, rules, regulations, and guidelines. In instances where both federal and state requirements apply to a grantee, the more restrictive requirement applies.(b) OAG adopts by reference the rules, documents, and forms listed below that relate to the administration of Family Trust Fund grants. These requirements apply to all OAG grants, whether state or federal funds, including grants to nonprofit corporations.(1) Uniform Grant Management Standards (UGMS) adopted pursuant to the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Act of 1981, Chapter 783, Texas Government Code. See 1 T.A.C. §§5.141 - 5.167. These requirements apply to all OAG grants, whether state or federal funds, including grants to nonprofit corporations.(2) Texas Review and Comment System. See 1 TAC §5.191 et seq. developed in response to Presidential Executive Order 12372. These requirements apply to all grants funded by OAG.(3) OAG forms, including the statement of grant award, grantee acceptance notice, and grantee's invoices. These requirements apply to all grants funded by OAG.
