SECTION/RULE §69.55 - Identification and Escalation of Contracts that Require Enhanced Contract or Performance Monitoring

(a) The agency will complete a risk assessment to identify contracts that require enhanced contract or performance monitoring;(b) Information on these contracts will be reported to the First Assistant Attorney General. The First Assistant Attorney General will be notified immediately of any serious issue or risk that is identified with respect to such a contract.(c) This subchapter does not apply to a memorandum of understanding, interagency contract, interlocal agreement, or contract for which there is not a cost.
