SECTION/RULE §101.23 - Filing of an Answer by a Party

Upon the receipt of a petition a party shall file a response to such petition within 20 days. The answer shall comply with §101.20 of this title (relating to Filing, Form, and Content of Complaints, Pleadings and Other Documents) and shall be signed by the party or the party's attorney. If the party is to be represented by an attorney, the name and address of the attorney should be set forth in the answer.
