(a) Before January 15 of each year, a registered veterans organization that received more than $500 in solicited funds during the preceding calendar year shall file a report with the secretary of state. See Form 3503.(b) At the end of each calendar quarter, a solicitor who raises more than $5,000 for a veterans organization during that calendar quarter shall file a report with the secretary of state. See Form 3506.
