Application for a certificate of authority to engage in business as an automobile club in the State of Texas shall be made on forms prescribed by the secretary of state entitled application for certificate of authority. The form or specifications pertaining to the prescribed form may be obtained by writing to the Statutory Documents Section, Office of Secretary of State, P.O. Box 12887, Austin, Texas 78711.
