SECTION/RULE §75.11 - Notification of Appointment and Application To Act as an Automobile Club Agent

Within 30 days of the date of employment of an agent by an automobile club to sell memberships in the automobile club, the automobile club shall notify the secretary of state on the form prescribed by the secretary of state. The form or specifications pertaining to the prescribed form may be obtained by writing to the Statutory Documents Section, Office of the Secretary of State, P.O. Box 12887, Austin, Texas 78711.
