SECTION/RULE §75.32 - Good Cause

Good cause as stated in §75.31 of this title (relating to Revocation of Certificate of Authority) shall include, but not be limited to, the following:(1) a violation of a provision of Texas Transportation Code, Chapter 722;(2) a finding that it is not operating an automobile club as defined in the Automobile Club Services Act;(3) a finding that it is insolvent;(4) a finding that its assets are less than its liabilities;(5) a finding that it refuses to submit to an examination by the secretary of state;(6) a finding that it is transacting business fraudulently; or(7) a finding that any owner, officer, or operating manager is not of good moral character.
