(a) The filing fee for filing an application for registration as a professional or limited athlete agent is $500.(b) The filing fee for filing an application for renewal of registration as a professional or limited athlete agent is $500.(c) The filing fee for an amendment to a registration or renewal is $25.(d) There is no fee for notifying the Secretary of State of a conviction or decertification as required by Occupations Code, §2051.109.(e) There is no fee for surrendering a current athlete agent registration.(f) Filing fees are nonrefundable; no refund is available after a registration has been surrendered, cancelled, or revoked. Fees deposited for an application or renewal that has been finally denied will be refunded.
