SECTION/RULE §78.3 - Surrender or Cancellation of Registration

(a) A current athlete agent registration may be surrendered at any time by written notice to the Secretary of State signed by the surrendering athlete agent.(b) The Secretary of State may cancel an athlete agent registration if the Secretary of State obtains information that the agent has become incapacitated or is deceased.
