(a) No disbursements may be made from the primary fund to the county chair personally, or to an entity or business in which the party, the county chair, the county chair's spouse, or the county chair's family has a financial interest, except for payments for:(1) election day workers;(2) incidental administrative costs; or(3) the county chair's compensation.(b) For the purposes of this section, "family" is defined as individuals related within the third degree of consanguinity (blood) or the second degree of affinity (marriage).Attached Graphic(c) Discounted expenditures, such as a reduced rate for leasing space, does not exempt the cost from this section.
