SECTION/RULE §90.2 - Certificates and Terms of Registration

(a) Corporations and private entities can become involved in the partnership at two different levels.(1) Corporations and private entities that meet the requirements of §90.3 of this title (relating to Procedure for Filing an Application for a Certificate of Association) may be involved as associates of the partnership.(2) Corporations and private entities that meet the requirements of §90.4 of this title (relating to Procedure for Filing an Application for a Certificate of Recognition) may be involved as partners of the partnership.(b) Each certificate issued under this chapter (including certificates of recognition or association) is valid for three years, and may be renewed for additional terms of three years, upon application by the recipient in accordance with this chapter.
