SECTION/RULE §93.123 - Requirements of Application for Renewal

An application for renewal of registration must include the following items:(1) a verified statement setting forth the goods and/or services recited in the current registration on or in connection with which the mark is still in use in Texas. If the renewal application covers less than all the goods and/or services in the current registration, a list of the particular goods and/or services to be renewed;(2) at least one specimen of the mark, per class, as actually used; and(3) the renewal fee for each class of goods and/or services, as required by §93.151 of this title (relating to Recordation Fees).
