(a) Upon receipt of a request in compliance with §96.80 of this title, the filing officer will issue a report showing whether there is on file on the date and time stated therein, a transition property notice naming a particular grantor or assignor and a notice of assignment, and if there is, giving the date and time of filing of each notice and the names and addresses of each financing party or assignee named therein.(b) A report will also show whether there is on file on the date and time stated therein, a notice affecting transition property of the grantor or assignor, and if there is, giving the date and time of filing of each notice.(c) Upon request, the filing officer will furnish, upon payment of any requisite fees, a copy of a filed transition property notice, or notice affecting transition property of a grantor or assignor, or a termination notice, notice of assignment, notice of release, or notice of retransfer respecting a transition property notice.
