SECTION/RULE §111.2 - Executive Director

(a) The Executive Director manages the day-to-day business of the Commission, employs staff, and carries out other duties and responsibilities assigned by law or delegated by the Commission.(b) A delegation of authority to the Executive Director must be made by the Commission in an open meeting. The Commission may review, modify, or ratify a delegation at any open meeting. A change in membership of the Commission does not void an existing delegation of authority; it remains in effect until another one is approved by a majority vote of the Commission at an open meeting.
