SECTION/RULE §115.3 - Leasing Space for Health and Human Services Agencies

(a) All requests for lease space by Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) agencies must be submitted by the office of the Executive Commissioner.(b) The Chief Administrative Officer of HHSC, or a designated representative, shall certify the availability of funds for the requested lease space, the number of full time employees to be located at the requested lease space and the agency's projected schedule.
