(a) The Commission shall be regularly informed as to the planning, use or development of State Property.(b) The Commission shall include "Division report about planning, use or development of State Property" as a line item on the agenda for each regularly scheduled Commission meeting. The Division shall present the Project or any other proposal; identify its location; summarize its nature, timing and scope; and include such other and additional information as required by law.
