(a) Final decisions. For contested cases in which the judge issues a final decision, the judge shall furnish a copy of the decision to the referring agency and to each party.(b) Motions for rehearing. Motions for rehearing shall be filed and handled in accordance with Tex. Gov't Code Chapter 2001, Subchapter F.
